Description:
KD series is new type environmental product, raw material can be the corrugated paper that from the clean deserted corrugated carton, used for the making of filling stuffing(filling material) in the packaging industry.



Principle and Operation:
1. The gear drives the cutter shaft that fulfilled by the motor via the help of the chain. It is very important to operate it under specific requirements in order to avoid any accidents.
2. Operation: Make the machine to be connected with power, and switch on it-clockwise the main switch, so the machine runs, and feed the material into the feeder, the machine will automatically cut the material when the width of the material is over 425mm.



Notice and solutions:
1. Notice
1/ Do not wear gloves when operate it.
2/ Take care of your hands, do not let your fingers get into the feeder.
3/ Sticky and flexible liner shaped material can not be used on this machine.
4/ Do not let the staple and other hard objects get into the feeder to avoid the damage of the knife.
5/ The non operator who ties or wears scarf or keep long hair, please do not be close to the machine when it is in running, which to avoid any unexpected happens.



2. Solutions:
1/ Jammed: Counter-clockwise the main switch so that the machine counter rotates and makes the jammed paper get out.
2/ Non working: Check and find if the power is on, plug in and the switch is on.
3/ Dramatically speed down and too much noisy after some time of working: First immediately switch off the machine, plug out and check if the lubrication is needed and the motor is heating for the overload, if so, lubricate it and cool the motor.
